End of 2019, the SBGA with members Chopard and Valcambi presented the SBGA incentive for the first time to a group of 350 artisanal panners from Istmina, in the El Chocò region of Colombia.

The creation of this value chain from El Chocò to the Swiss market provided many learning opportunities as well as challenges, as it required all partners to coordinate and work in synergy. This successful experience paves the way for further growth.
